These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the macOS application Keystroke Task Manager ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The App is a local macOS application for creating, managing, and organizing tasks. All data is stored locally on your device. The App does not transmit data to external servers and does not require account registration.
The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on your macOS device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The following actions are prohibited:
All intellectual property rights in the App and its contents, including but not limited to design, code, and graphics, are owned by the developer.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any loss of data, interruption of business, or other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
All data managed by the App — including tasks, projects, and notes — is stored locally on your device. The developer has no access to this data and it is never transmitted to external servers. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.
Purchases of the App are processed by Apple Inc. through the App Store. All payments and refunds are handled directly by Apple in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policy. The developer does not process refunds independently of the App Store.

The App is distributed through Apple Inc.'s App Store. Apple's App Store Terms of Service also apply to your use of the App.
The developer may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting to this page. You will be notified of significant changes through app updates. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where the developer resides.
